  • I am stronger, leaner and more flexible. My posture is much improved and I have a lot more body awareness. When I first began I remember hearing cues to focus on certain muscles or part of my body that I didn’t even know were there, let alone how to isolate them. I feel much more integrated with my physicality since starting barre. I’ve always been an athlete and in decent shape but my participation in these classes has taken my fitness to a whole new level.
