About Emily

My love of movement began when I was five years old and began ballet. I came across The Dailey Method 14 years ago and instantly was attracted to the focus on alignment. I’ve been teaching the method that I love for 6 years. I’m thrilled to be able to grow our community and move with you!

About Kari

My passion for fitness began at a very young age with dance. I found The Dailey Method after the birth of my first daughter. I developed a connection to the classes and took my practice further by becoming an instructor 10 years ago. I’m excited to continue to bring the method to our community!

What do you love about our classes?

I like the incredible energy and continuous cuing that keep my brain working as well as my body.  Definitely love the upbeat music.  I’m compelled to also call out the instructor’s prime humor; comedy keeps everyone smiling through the pain.  Can’t overlook the awesome download of post class happy hormones that put the day on a cheery trajectory.  The best! L.S.

I love the musicality of the classes. Sometimes it’s easier to focus on the tempo, forgetting for a minute about the burn. There’s nothing better than a well choreographed class, and I love always being up to date with the latest hits on Spotify.  S.E.

I am stronger, leaner and more flexible. My posture is much improved and I have a lot more body awareness. When I first began I remember hearing cues to focus on certain muscles or part of my body that I didn’t even know were there, let alone how to isolate them. I feel much more integrated with my physicality since starting barre. I’ve always been an athlete and in decent shape but my participation in these classes has taken my fitness to a whole new level.  B.W.
